Shipping Policy

At J.O.T. all orders are prepared by Karla! Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days (but most go out much sooner than that!) Once it ships it usually takes 3-5 business days to get to you (sometimes more sometimes less), although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive to you, once it leaves its packaging location and is with the carrier it is out of our hands. All packages come with tracking. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information through USPS.
